cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If a session needs to be rescheduled due to bad weather, I will work with the client to find the next available time that suits both of us.

  • If a client needs to reschedule for personal reasons, they should notify me as soon as possible. We will work together to find a suitable date, but rescheduling is not unlimited.

Refund Policy

  • If a client cancels their session and chooses NOT to reschedule, a partial refund will be provided:

  • 50% of the session fee is non-refundable to cover time already spent on planning, communication, and holding the booking.

  • The remaining 50% will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the session.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • If the photographer needs to cancel and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
