• Full payment is due 14 days before the session to secure your booking.

• Sessions are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

• Payments are non-refundable, except under the circumstances outlined in the Cancellation Policy.

• If a session needs to be rescheduled due to bad weather, I will work with the client to find the next available time that suits both of us.

• If a client needs to reschedule for personal reasons, they should notify me as soon as possible. We will work together to find a suitable date, but rescheduling is not unlimited.

• If a client is a few minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate extra time.

• If a client is 20 minutes or more late, it will cut into their session time and may result in fewer images.

• I personally select and edit all the final images.

• Clients may request to select their own images, and I will provide an option for them to do so.

• All images are edited professionally, including skin smoothing and minor object removals as necessary.

• Clients who pay in full, complete their consent form, and receive a print-quality Dropbox link may print their images anywhere from the designated "Print" folder.

• Editing, cropping, applying filters, or any further adjustments to images is strictly prohibited. My work is my work, and it is final.

• I retain copyright and usage rights for marketing purposes, and clients sign a consent form before their session.

• Clients agree to sign a model release form prior to their session.

• Images may be used for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media unless a client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

In the rare event that I need to cancel due to illness, weather, or emergency, I will reschedule at the next available time that suits both parties.
